Next Working Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is standard on all our products for the same flat rate of £6, no matter the size of your order (not applicable on Vacuum Food Sealers). For guaranteed next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to be eligible for next working day delivery and will be dispatched the same day to arrive on the following working day. Orders that are placed after 12pm or not on a working day will be scheduled for delivery within 48 hours.
For small orders we use UK Mail, allowing us/you to track the whereabouts of your items along with an estimation of when your package will be delivered, we will also provide these tracking details for you to keep up-to-date on the progress of your order.
For larger orders we use a freight company who also deliver on a next day basis for orders placed before 2pm, as with smaller orders we will provide tracking information for you to keep track on your package.
For machinery delivery we have a standard charge of £65 per machine. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to make arrangements and to inform you of the expected delivery date.
Not received item?
Although we aim to get all of our orders out on time, from time to time the postal service can take a few days longer to delivery your items. However if your order doesn’t arrive after 5 working days, please contact us and we will contact the courier to track the whereabouts of your items, if this doesn’t rectify the situation we will resend the items again.
If you wish to return your order, please package the item and send it back to The Vacuum Packaging Company Ltd, units 1-5, Abel House Complex, Leigh Street, Walshaw, Bury, Greater Manchester, BL8 3AL. The returns package should contain the original item with the complete and un-opened packaging, along with the original invoice/receipt we sent with the item, with the reason for return/exchange stated on the invoice. For exchanges, please state what item you would like to exchange your product for and we will send the new item once we receive your item back. For any refunds, we will reimburse the transaction via the original method of payment, minus the £6 for delivery. Any faulty items will be exchanged and a replacement sent out at no extra cost once we receive the defective item, along with the invoice/receipt and the returns slip filled in, stating the problem with the product.
