Our 50 micron vacuum packaging bags for use with vacuum chamber machines and are perfectly suited to:
Storage of fresh foods including: vegetables, meats, liquids and sauces.
Long-Term Storage of dry foods including: cheese, cured meats, smoked fish, nuts, cereals and coffee.
Storage of Frozen foods: Our vacuum pouches prevent freezer burn by shielding food from exposure to the cold, dry air. Freezer burn occurs when the surface of frozen food becomes dehydrated, leading to a leathery appearance and an impaired flavour.
In addition these pouches are boilable, with a max temperature of 90ºC.
